Industrial Thermal Relief Valve

  • We are distinguished manufacturer of Thermal Safety Valve made in compliance with international standards. The valve keeps process pumps operating in a safe range to prevent overheating.
  • Thermal Relief Valve
    Thermal Safety Valve
  • Our Thermal Relief Valves are used in long pipelines and small reactors/vessels to release pressure generated by thermal expansion. Best suited for low temperature service and bubble‑tight shut‑off. Versatile, safe and interchangeable.

Features of Thermal Safety Valve

  • Installs in bypass line
  • No adjustment required
  • Spring loaded
  • Applicable for vapor, gas and liquid (over‑pressure protection)

How It Works

The valve opens automatically when system pressure exceeds the set limit, allowing the excess pressure to escape. Once the pressure returns to normal, the valve closes tightly to prevent leakage. This ensures continuous safe operation of pumps, reactors, and pipelines.

How it works - Thermal Relief

Applications

  • Industrial piping applications – Thermal expansion pressure relief on long process lines.
  • Refinery and process plants – Safe operation during pressure rise.
  • Pharmaceutical reactors – Controlled discharge during batch cycles.
  • Food & Beverage – Protects heated/cooled transfer lines and skids.
  • HVAC loops – Thermal relief for heating and cooling systems.
  • Boiler/condensate systems – Auxiliary protection for condensate and feed lines.
